Does RUBY have an app that would let any admin to add news (stats updates, new tryouts, new members, war dates, syncs, etc)?

Something simple that you'd just type into a box choose a tag to categorize it and then post it.

Just GZR'ers....at top of the screen in a small window...might inspire some to jump in to the melee Emoticon
