So, I have to retract part of my last post. The T-Razz had some more sleep time. I love it now. It has a similar flavor profile to the surprise grape, kinda sweet, clean, and sour all together. I am about to order some more flavors to try. Red cream soda, faux hawk sauce, white ice, red ice, and raspberry lemonade. n3rd, did u try the hawk sauce yet?
Found out that you can clean the coils (the resistor thingy for protank, evod & unitank) made by kangertech, by soaking them in vodka, since it's the most expensive part of the contraption since they don't last long, I might give it a try.
I haven't quit quit yet, my wife has so I have to be supportive, but I'm down to two or so real ones and with the cold of chicago it's easy to just grab the e-cig instead of stepping outside.
We use the mini protank II by kangertech and ego-c batteries. I'm old fashioned so i'm sticking with RY4
I started the experiment by placing 10 coils with the rubber seal removed on a shot glass filled with half a shot of Tito's vodka. I hate to experiment with that since I love Tito's. If it works I'm asking my wife to get me the cheapest well vodka for later cleanings. At a buck per coil it might be worth it for well vodka but I'm regretting already loosing that half shot even if a bottle of liquor lasts months in my house I just don't like to waste the good stuff.
Yeah the vodka works miggy, using soda works too, just make sure you rinse them out good after
I usually just take mine apart, soak them in some close-to-boiling water for a minute ( we have a water dispenser thing so I use the hot water there, our tap water has too much crap in it ). Then I burn any gunk off by putting it on the battery ( still apart with no tank ) and burning it 1-2 sec at a time until I see the coil glow evenly. After that, I soak it again to get any extra stuff out of there, drop 1-2 drops of whatever liquid I'm using on it, and put it back together.

I used to clean mine a lot. Now I only clean them once or twice before replacing the elements. It might just be cause I fix stuff all day long and replacing is just quicker and easier.

Lol, I was J slash Kn' re: the cleaning comment...I'm actually a bit of a germaphobe and pretty much always have Isopropyl 91 nearby. Not cleaning ur vape gear seems like a F.e.Z./(.l.) characteristic ...dirty tanks and tubes everywhere!
Ps I use Protanks (2s, 3 & aero) and just buy 25 packs of the heads to replace when necessary.
Still lovin my mini protanks, and ego-c twist batteries. Nrd got me ordering from mt baker. The newest flavor that I've tried is absolutly going in my regular rotation. Idk if any of you are fans of a good, ripe honeydew? Well I am and the Vape juice honeydew from mbv is so good. I like the freckled lemonade too, but right now my regulars are: Hawk sauce, thug juice, t razz and one I get from a local place called sour berry. Honeydew is now added to that list.
